The absolute best comfort food in Denton. The best personnel, too, providing the best customer service. Cartwright's is a treasure and I was delighted when my wife introduced me to this restaurant. I'd love to get myself up early enough to try breakfast, but... that's too early!
I've dined in person and through Door Dash and it's always good.

Absolutely delicious Chicken Fried Steak! The sides: loaded mashed potatoes, Fried Okra and fried pickles. SO GOOD. Delivered hot and crispy.Gravy on the side. Very happy!

Fried Pickles were super salty but the portion size is super generous . Chicken Fried Steak is really yummy. Green Beans are fresh and not canned which is really nice too!!
