Caruso's was started in the 1930s by Nicasio (Caruso) Zagona, and the restaurant has remained in the family since then.
This pot has contained all the Caruso sauce served since our first days in Tucso…
The Kids Pasta with fettuccine sauce was a very large portion of pasta with ample sauce. Well worth the price. The Side Garlic Toast 3 was delicious, thick fresh slices of bread, toasted a nice light golden brown. Perfect amount of butter and seasoning on the side Side Garlic Toast 3.

The linguine pesto was not creamy like I thought it was going to be. It doesn't come with an option for shrimp so I had to order a side of shrimp which was over $13 making the dish a lot more expensive than what it was worth. However, Caruso's is a staple in the old pueblo and always a fave. The Antipasto is always amazing and one of my most favourite menu items. Overall, my family really enjoyed their meal.

This is the best seafood/pasta place in tucson I have found. Live their scallops as they are seasoned right and also shrimp are flavorful, recommend the Alfredo for the extra amount!

The sauce on that shrimp was way to thin. And I'll quote my wife "those pieces of chicken were way to small" Prices may be going up but that doesn't mean value should be going down this one wasn't worth it.

This restaurant! Outstanding Lasagne al Forno and Caruso Special. Such a wonder blend of seasonings, great textures, and the taste. Highest recommendation.
