I love love love LOVE and appreciate so much the NANUET Carvel. They always give you the right amount and don't undercut you. They also get all the special requests right. I enjoy going there, and enjoy getting my ice cream dashed from there.

Well, I paid quite a bit of money, and there was not much of a sundae. There was no whipped cream and no cherry and very light on the sprinkles. That’s really not cool given what they charge.

I paid extra to add Brown Bonnet, rainbow sprinkles, wet walnuts, and whipped cream. The Brown Bonnet, which I was most looking forward to, was missing and replaced with brownies without notice. The wet walnuts were also very unpleasant. Overall, I’m disappointed with this order and with the quality here in general—this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. I really think more care should be taken to get orders right and maintain consistency.

shake was made just how i wanted it but the cup and lid came broken which sucked. might have just gotten beat up on the way, could have been worse,

Sundae is great. The driver put the bag in a safe place between my storm door and tbh that was so considerate.
