Casa Di Pizza is from Buffalo so the wings are the best. We always order the steak and cheese. No other place comes close to their subs. We are from Buffalo so we get the works for Christmas eve; pizza, subs, and wings. Its a family tradition. I am so glad they came on door dash.

Pizza was fabulous. Loved it. Was hopping the beef on weck would transport me back to Buffalo. It barely made it to. springbille! Beef was over cooked and tough. The beef should be hand cut off the roast, not deli roast beef. The roll was on the verge of being stale.

We ordered two pizzas and wings through DoorDash, but our order arrived with two pizzas and a chicken sandwich instead of the wings. When I called the restaurant to explain the issue, I was immediately cut off and was told "That’s too bad, you’ll have to talk to DoorDash.”
What was most disappointing was not the mistake itself, as errors happen, but the complete lack of interest in understanding what went wrong. No one asked what we received, what was missing, or whether there was anything they could do to help. The conversation ended with a dismissive attitude and no attempt to resolve the issue.
Customer service matters just as much as the food. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like our concern was not important.

Ordered 2 different wing sauces and all wings were only 1 flavor and food arrived 40mins later then first initial arrival time frame. Ordered extra ranch and paid extra for it and didn't get it. Wings were not crispy like I asked either.
