Am a new fan of Central! Other noteworthy BBQ restaurants here serve up somewhat greasy and fatty meat. Yes..... others are tasty..... but for us who are health conscious, this BBQ is both tender and tasty w/o being an artery clogger or heartburn issue. The sauce is zesty.... the coleslaw very crisp.... buns so fresh! The pulled pork for sandwiches is what we got... next up.... trying the ribs!

I ordered a Combo Rib Plate. Everything was very good. More Brisket than I expected. Very tasty and really good mustard sauce. The side salad was great! It was loaded with everything I could have wanted. One of the things that I appreciated the most is that they took time to add eating utensils and napkins! It's surprising how few orders I've had that don't include the simple things! All around, very happy!

I ordered the full rack of ribs dry, it had almost 0 flavor because they didn't put any seasoning or flavor on it, It seemed like. It was absolutely overcooked. The ends were burnt, and the top was almost completely crispy burnt. $29 for completely ruined ribs is not worth it at all. The full order of pork nachos was halfway decent. But, the pork also was pretty dry, but they were able to cover that up with cheese and sauce and jalapeños to mask the low quality pork.

If I didn't know better grandma is in the kitchen. We ordered 2, 3 meat plates. So we could try almost all the meats. In order of best to least favorite, sliced brisket, pulled pork, sausage, pulled chicken, than turkey. The baked beans were spot on. The potato salad is smooth and creamy. Green beans had a delicious spice and onion taste. Telling you grandma is in the kitchen. The mac n cheese had a velvet texture and so yummy. The best bananananana pudding. We will definitely be eating Central Bar-B-Q again. My only wish is that they offered onions and pickles to go with the meal.

Not sure what happened today, but they are off their game. We ordered a Combo Rib Plate with ribs,brisket and bologna. No sauce!!! not a drop of sauce to be found.
The sides that came with it were dinky next to the 2 other, regular sides we paid extra for. The greens were so salty we spit them out.
We ordered a full order wings naked. They came coated in a 1/2 inch of dry rub. Not Central's best day.
