The reason I rated Panera "Didn't like" today is that I ordered two of the Tuna Salad sandwiches expecting to have 1 for a nice lunch & to have the other at dinner time. The problem is that the amount of Tuna Salad that was on the 1st of the sandwiches (though it still tasted as good as usual) was only half as much as what I usually get on any single sandwich I have ever ordered (I know this because it is a favorite sandwich & I have order it many times before today). After I ate my lunch I checked the 2nd of the sandwiches and it is exactly the same as the 1st one. I will still eat the 2nd sandwich later for dinner. However, I am disappointed in both the total lack of care or concern in 1st the "Quality of the Products" & 2nd in the lack of responsibility shown & not achieved by the "Customer Service Area" who had them delivered to me. "
