The reg pork sandwich tasted really good with the vinegar and mild bbq sauces. Was a bit dry otherwise. The cole slaw was not on the side as stated in the item description, rather on the sandwhich which might be partially why the Reg Pork Sandwich was cold. Mac N’ Cheese (large) was hot but very bland. This was my first time ordering from central bbq and I will try it again. Bbq is something that is hit or miss depending on the time day. The 1:30pm delivery was less than 30 min door to door as expected.

The pulled pork and coleslaw sandwich was relatively small for the money, had no flavor, meat was cold and so disappointing. I had to relook amd make sure I really ordered from a BBQ restaurant. The half n half tea and house chips were good. Potato Salad (large) had no flavor and big chunks of potatoe skins in it. Cole slaw was absolutely awful and didn't taste like it had been made anytime recent. BBQ Beans (large) had flavor but were more like refried bean consistency.
Small container of BBQ sauce was decent ... dipped the baked chips in it and threw the rest out. Really just a waste of $50!

Everything is too salty, even the Large Potato Salad. Mac and cheese Large Mac and Cheese is unbeatable and I bit into a big chicken bone in my Large Chicken Sandwich Delivery. Would not recommend.. Go to Sassys, it's always good.

For 30 years, I lived in Memphis, and my uncle was the general mgr for years at the Central Ave location. This is and has always been my most favorite BBQ place! This is not the Central BBQ I grew up to love. Half Pork BBQ Nachos the chips were still soggy because of undercook. The pasta Potato Salad 8oz the potatoes were literally still hard like they weren't even cooked. Terrible display Fayetteville! Breaks my heart honestly, because you were the only restaurant I've ever been so excited to arrive in NWA.
