Paid in store its cheaper. But this place has a unique taste. Portion size is Good. Fresh food pasta is burning hot and all are 1+1 would definitely order again

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I placed my order at 12:30 PM for a 1:00 PM pickup, but didn’t receive my food until around 2:05–2:15 PM. Waiting over an hour to an hour and a half for a pickup order is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
When I finally got my food, the fries were bland and dry, and the smash burger was burnt. The only thing I’ll give credit for is the wings — they were actually good. But overall, the quality didn’t match the long wait time.
Very dissatisfied and upset with this experience. I hope the restaurant improves both timing and food consistency.
