• 5/9/22If you're looking for high quality, generous portions and absolute deliciousness, there's zero reason not to investigate this restaurant in the palisades. Chen's Gourmet not only manages to impress with their American style Chinese food, but is also top notch when you want something more "authentic" and "classic" if you will. The owner and his wife manage the entire place by themselves, and have been doing it for years. In fact, I have been coming here since I was in high school, and every time I come back to visit Dc, I make sure to pay them a visit. Order the Kung Pao Chicken and Shrimp, ask for jalapeños in it too. You won't be disappointed!

• 2/9/23Very happy with timeliness, and the food came hot with great portion sizes. I assumed that entrees came with fried rice, so I was pretty bummed when that turned out not to be true. That's my favorite part! Also there was only one soy sauce packet for a soup, app and entree which was definitely not enough.
