I ordered catering from Chicha San Chen for a friends gathering.
My order was delivered perfectly on time, and the staff packed the items really well in a sealed bag and cup holders. Every boba cup had a cute cup holder thread and temperature sealer to it that looked very aesthetic.
Overall, the packaging and presentation were very professional and each up was very well labeled. Milk tea and fruit tea all tasted very fresh. Bubble Milk Tea (V)Cassia Milk Tea (V) and Osmanthus Oolong Tea with Mango (V) with coconut jelly became my favourites. I will for sure take my friends who visit me to this place again next time.

Love that Austin has a Chicha Sanchen! they're from Taiwan and has really high quality tea thats authentic and tasty. My favorite is the osmanthus oolong. I also tried Orange Lemon Pouchong Tea for the first time and it was good. A bit on the sweeter side but lemon flavored drinks are usually like that. The Osmanthus Oolong Tea With Orange that I also got is just perfect. I'd order again but just get the osmanthus oolong . Portion wise they're a bit smaller but prices aren't too egregious compared to Cali lol

Milk tea taste good but the boba was bit tough. There is no straw in the delivery.
