I went ahead and tried this location again because I figured the first time was just an off day. It was just as bad as before unfortunately. The biscuit was hard enough to use as a home defense. The chicken was a small sad little dry bird.
You never get this kind of food from the Kettering location and I will not make this mistake again.

The chicken was slightly overcooked. The waffle fries were cold and really over-salted and the shake was too small for the price and had a lot of ice crystals in it.

The Cobb Salad was good but smaller than expected. You can see in the picture how small the container was. It only had 1/2and egg in in it. Other restaurants usually put a whole egg.

the burrito had virtually no meat in it. I paid almost 10 dollars for a potato egg burrito

Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal
I paid extra for the yogurt parfait side and the frosted lemonade and asked for three Polynesian sauces. The chicken was cold, they sent no sauce, no side that I paid almost $4 extra for, and a small frosted lemonade that I had to pay $6 and some change extra for.
