Ordered the medium Fruit Cup for it to be barely filled up halfway. This fruit cup is over $5 and they never fill it up. It's highway robbery.

My order was perfect, down to the temp of the food to the number of sauce packets requested. No other fast food restaurant near me can make that claim. Great job!! I love this place!!

Lots of fries. Small portions of entrees. But we've all been there, and know.
Glad the paper bag was put in a plastic one, because the paper one was crumbles from heat/steam.
And one of the drinks was only 2/3 filled.
But, that's Chick-fil-A...

Chicken nuggets are not cooked well enough. I almost liked eating one, did not want to to eat the rest. Feel like a waste of money. I don't think I'll order come here again. Not sure if they were old or just not cooked well enough but I'm highly disappointed
