I have to be completely honest. I recently decided to pull away from Chick-fil-A because the last few orders I received were not up to the standards your brand is known for. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management, staffing, or processes, but the quality has noticeably declined.
For the prices we pay, the food should consistently reflect the excellence Chick-fil-A built its reputation on. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. The macaroni and cheese — which I used to order all the time — has changed so much that neither I nor my children can eat it anymore. Something is different, and not in a good way.
The quality of the chicken has also dropped. Whether the recipe has changed or the preparation methods are different, it simply isn’t what it used to be. Overall, I’ve been disappointed with my entire orders, and that is why I made the decision to stop purchasing from this location.
I truly hope you take this feedback seriously.Chick-fil -A

I am writing to express my concern regarding the quality of the food I’ve received recently at your locations. As a loyal customer who has consistently chosen Chick-fil-A for both taste and service, I’ve noticed some disappointing changes that I feel need to be addressed.
First, the mac and cheese has lost the quality that originally set it apart. It used to have a rich, baked flavor with a caramelized top that made it unique and worth the price. Recently, however, it has been overly watery and resembles boxed pasta and cheese rather than the premium product it was before.
Second, I’ve also noticed an issue with the chicken nuggets. On more than one occasion, they have carried the distinct taste of old cooking oil. Anyone familiar with cooking — especially those of us with chefs in our families — can immediately recognize when oil has not been changed frequently enough. This directly affects both flavor and overall food quality.

Milk shake not even filled all the way to the top. if I'm paying 12 dollars for a 8 ounce milk shake fill it to the top. that or the driver drank some, maybe take a picture before having it picked up. because it literally looks like someone popped the lid off and took a chug. no seal over straw insert, nothing.

it's always so good from here. They arent cheap, the food always is hot when i get it. I order this maybe twice a week. I love their mac and Mac & Cheese with fries. The portion sizes are exactly as advertised

food is good but they literally never fill the fries up. no reason to pay that much for a large and the container is filled halfway with old soggy fries. prices are way too high here to be skimping out on food im paying for
