Normally the chicken is pink and the potatoes are hard like apples this time it was perfect.

Thank you guys!!!!! I appreciate you more than you know!!! You saved my life!!! Everything was so fresh!! The Shack Potatoes were hot and perfect!! Huge portions!! The Coleslaw is always perfect too!!! Thank you again! I had a prob and they took care of it and made right as always!!!

The chicken tenders are truly delicious. But, I was really looking forward to the Shack Potatoes. They are usually crispy, flavorful and delicious. This time, I'm very disappointed they were ice cold and mushy. The paper to go box is very earth friendly, but does nothing to hold the heat.

The chicken did not have the best taste. Almost like it was old. The potatoes were good just not nearly enough for the amount they charge. I was not impressed with this order. More surprised because we had a great meal a few days prior from the same location.

The chicken bite basket is our go to for Saturday nights. This time it was all undercooked and soggy. We had to throw the chicken in the oven to try & cook the batter. The potatoes were undercooked & hard. The fries were good enough. Normally, I order more food and there's no leftovers but this time it's still in my fridge.
