The 16" Large Meat Lovers Calzone is very tasty. It's also huge and doesn't skimp on the meat. If you want a traditional pizzeria calzone (like a giant version of an Italian street calzone), not stuffed with marinara or pounds of ricotta, nobody in SF does it better than Chico's. And the price is good (especially when they have a deal on)—this will be at least five meals (between the two of us, not five each) for barely over $20. And they're fast, and reliable, and open late too. It's a bit messy the way they slice it, and I wish they had a way to order more dipping sauce than a tiny tub that's barely sufficient for one slice, but those are minor quibbles; next time I want a Chico's calzone I will definitely be ordering from Chico's.

The pizza was one of the best I've had in a while. I am a plain cheese pizza guy and this really hit the mark. I will order again for sure. In a world of $40 pizzas, this one for $20 was well worth it.

Liked the pizza, disliked the ranch. The ranch was so watered down just to save a few cents. I would choose Hidden valley over this, it's way better and that says a lot.

It was larger than expected for the value, and was amazed. Great for leftovers when on a low budget for 2 people. hit the spot from not eating all day for the one time daily meal
