This dish is always delish! Cajun chicken pasta. The tea was fresh and the broccoli was great!

I don't think I have EVER been disappointed in this chilis location until now. We ordered the quesadilla explosion salad. That's not what we got, we got what looked to appear to be a house salad, with one THINLY SLICED PIECE OF A PART OF A CHICKEN STRIP. They didn't even put cheese on it, it was literally lettuce and that piece of meat. They didn't even get the dressing correct. We got the Trio dips with chips. Salsa was so watery there was literally no taste. Was as if you dipped your chip in red water. The queso was cold and chunky resembled cottage cheese that was left to burn in the Texas eat before serving. Got 2 of those instead of the guacamole ordered as the third dip. HOWEVER the ONLY REASON I'm giving 2 stars is due to my Cajun chicken Alfredo and the fried pickles being ON POINT!

The Cajun shrimp pasta was a horrible excuse of a dish. The portion and sizing of the shrimp was definitely not worth $15, this dish was so disappointing and they didn't even provide the garlic bread and couldn't tell it was Cajun since there was barely any Cajun seasoning on the 5 tiny shrimps. I wouldn't even rate 1 star but had to select it.

Drink was about as flat as it could be. Asked for Ranch in 4 different places, got none. That seems to be par for the course for them. Food is usually good, but they really struggle to get other stuff right.

Are usually love the chicken fajitas. Last night it was more like they were boiled or stewed no grill marks nothing grilled. The onions and bell peppers were the same.
