It was good for what it was at nearly midnight. Most of the items were good and packaged well. The steak was overcooked and probably not very fresh as part of it had a bad almost rotten taste but the majority of it was good. Gallon of strawberry lemonade was not chilled in any way. Would rather have ordered a different beverage, possibly tea but no other choices were available. Would recommend a cup or two with just ice or some way of chilling the drink. We were in a hotel that did not have any glasses or ice. For an order that totaled over $100, (5 items: Wings, Steak, Cookie, Lemonade and a margarita) a cup or two of ice should have been considered.

Burger was old.. tasted as if it had been cooked and reheated. The meat was tough and the bun was not fresh. It was inedible. Not to mention, The Just Bacon Burger had only 1 piece of bacon on it. I would not order this again.

Everything was wonderful! We loved the Fajitas side tray, which compartmentalized the toppings! No waste of little cups. Both of their corn on the cobs are outstanding! Boneless wings are excellent, too. Perfect order!

We have mever gotten an order from Chili's this bad and I am shocked. The steak was the worst cut of meat the burger was burned it was so overcooked the cheese fries were covered with concealed cheese the bacon bits were good. I hope this is just am off day after spending 114. bucks on this!

They know they're wrong. This is $20 Brisket Quesadillas with burnt breading and dollop of BBQ sauce and a couple strands of brisket. SMH sad I'm done with Chilis. Will never order again.
