I paid for extra chicken, still got barely a few pieces of it. Essentially, Chipotle's gone down the drain because they now give you a huge bowl of rice "sprinkled" with chicken. So much for my $23 "protein" bowl. A JOKE! But they hid it all under my sour cream and toppings so you can't see it from a picture and presentation looked like mush. Please, hire someone who used to run a Chic Fila and have them train your staff because all your stores' quality is down in the drain, they all do this. I won't be going to Chipotle anymore.

We ordered a Large Chips & Large Guacamole — the handful of chips we received were stale, and the small thing of guac was browning and old. The Burrito Bowl with sofritas was overly salty and inedible. Overall extremely disappointing.

Birkdale is The Worst Chipotle EVER.
Takes an hour to get it to my driver for under cooked, crunchy rice, undercooked black beans and only 8 pieces of chicken in my bowl. The guac and cheese are fine. The salsa ? Wouldn't know because they forgot to add it.
Ordered 3 times over 3 months.
No more chances...

Quesadilla was dry, flaking, and did not have a lot of meat. I paid $6 for queso (not a side) and got a tiny sala cup that was only half full. Very disappointing

Burrito bowl portion and freshness was great; carne asada is back and is flavorful and tender. The chips that came with the free chips and queso were very stale. I understand why they were free.
