Didn't go through DD but on their own site. This is like the third time they can't get a call in order right. Three items missing on order. 3! How do you mess that up? Cup of queso. Cup of guac. Guac on tacos I don't order. And the tacos. Don't order them. Worthless. Many shops make far better ones at same price point. Like Taco Bell. Chipotle is now on my won't eat there again list despite my family's like of it. You gotta do better. And?? Shrinkflation is evident in your one once massive burritos. More expand smaller. People gonna walk away.

I ordered the Salad bowl and there is no salad and about a 100lbs of melted cheese.its pretty gross. There is also barely any salsa. Its is not yummy. That's for sure.

paid extra for half steak on my chicken Burrito Bowl only for it to barely have any chicken and no steak. I added Chips to my order and they were so flavorless and stale. Money down the drain 🙄

Food is good but they mess up the orders often. I keep ordering burritos through DoorDash but they keep giving me a bowl instead. I am very dissapointed because I think the burrito tastes so much better than a bowl. For the price you'd think they'd read the order carefully. I will no longer be ordering here.
