The Colerain location is the worse. I paid 15 bucks for what looks like a mini burrito. SMH
If you go in the store, the service isn't any better. Slow service and employees that have attitude issues.

So disappointed with the Northgate Chipotle store... again. Why do I pay for extra chicken and never get it? Corn salsa? I got a dozen kernels. No cheese, none. Tiniest amount of lettuce but a ton of rice (no thanks.) All smothered in way too much sour cream. I love Chipotle's Guacamole but my side of guac had huge chunks of red onion that took up 20% of my little cup! Did I mention how disappointed I was with my meal? But my Dasher brought my order quickly and it was still warm... so thank you for that!

I had got the chicken bowl, and it barely had any rice, chicken , or corn or cheese. but it sure did have a lot of sourcream. this location I've never cared for, so it's my fault that I didn't check the location.$11.50 fora bowl of sourcream.

Burrito bowl has a total of 6 little pieces of steak. I had to dig thru the bowl to find steak to take a pic.huge rip off.

This was the worst order we've ever had with Chipotle. We ordered 2 orders of 3 CRISPY tacos & a large chips & queso. What we received was 2 orders of 2 soft tacos. So we were both short a taco. One order was supposed to have steak, salsa, cheese & guacamole. One of them had a little bit of cheese the other had none, one of them had about a thimble amount of guacamole the other had none. The other 2 tacos had no cheese. The chips were stale & the queso was all over the outside of the container. If I'm going to pay that much I expect to get what I ordered.
