Guacamole was old. Could taste the old tomatoes in it. Rice was undercooked and had way too much lime in it.

Ordered delivery to be disappointed. The salad bowl was embarrassingly put together with the smallest portions available and completely left out the lettuce, spinach, and greens that are supposed to come on a SALAD. The chicken was burnt and tough to chew. Their was a quarter cup of dressing, hardly enough for a salad bowl. This is the exact opposite of what Chipotle is supposed to be known for.

This continues to be one of the stingiest chipotles I've ever been to. The bowls come half filled. The guac was frozen (legit ice crystals), the mild salsa was just tomatoes - no onion. Asked for cheese and I could count the individual strands bc there was so few. It's pathetic really how little they consistently give you

They are so inconsistent. I had a bowl of without beans and they barely put any rice and only few pieces of corn salsa. Absolutely despicable with how stingy they are. Whoever made this order obviously hates their customers.

Burri are way small than youget in the store and therewas BARELY any chicken inside.
