The hot is borderline too hot for me, and the medium is not hot enough. My mother can barely handle the hot. For me, the heat dies down after about 15 minutes.
When I had the medium it was missing flavor, but the hot flavor is perfection and well seasoned. Depending on the kitchen you might get a lot of powder on the food and you might not.

"Today's service and food were terrible. I went in to pick up my order and waited for someone to come up and confirm my order. I waved at every employee walking by and nobody cared or approached me. So, I picked up my food without asking anybody. Afterwards, one employee approached me and spoke in an accusatory tone, warning me to not touch the foods. It was very rude, especially since I waited for someone to come by and confirm my order. If you guys are concerned about theft, you should have an employee waiting around that area for food pickups. Additionally, the food itself was very bland. The pasta itself significantly lacked the sauce it usually comes with. It was very dry and looked like it was old and reheated. The garlic toast was burnt too. Overall, the food was cold and tasteless. The same type of food is available at Panera Bread too, so from now on I will be visiting there instead, plus it's more cheaper for a way better service and proper food."
