The steak wasn't all cut up into pieces, there were several large chunks partially cut, several pieces were chewy & inedible.
The lid on the burrito bowl was not put on properly. The bowl leaked out into the bag & in my car.
Very littl lettuce, bowl was not full.
Cilantro lime dressing was very yummy though! I would NOT get the steak here again.

I paid $7 more for extra meat and the dish arrived normal; they didn't include that extra meat.
