It's always hit or miss but mostly miss with the protein ESPECIALLY the steak. It's never tender, always fatty, and never flavorful. I keep trying hoping there will be that one time I can say WOW that was the best steak ever!!! The steak literally tastes like over cooked pork. It's soooooo dried out.

paid $7 for extra shredded beef and had a huuuge chuck of fat instead, also the queso was like chunky and curdled for some reason

None of the sauces were added. Only sour crean and guacamole was on it. I ordered 3 tortillas, only received 1. The guacamole had a big inch long chunk of the seed in it. Quality id getting worse day by day. Wouldn't order again
Two bowls were ordered, 1 had 1 laddle of rice and the other one was overloaded with rice.

Portions are kids meal sized. Food was good and fresh but not worth the money. They need to get these portions corrected
