I always order the burrito bowl... THIS time it was mostly rice and beans, like two chunks of carnitas and pintos beans thrown on the top. And the lid was not put on well. I ordered salsa and chips... the chips were stale and the cup of salsa was upside down with napkins thrown on top. The bag was wet and the salsa was drained of the juices. Was not happy this time around with this order.

My one disappointment was the chips--the chips were stale coming out of a bag that said made fresh daily. They were not crisp--almost like they had something spilled on them.
The Burrito Bowls were delicious and plentiful!

This meal is delicious when made properly and made to order. Don't appreciate the inconsistency of the amount of meat. One time it's as expected and acceptable. The next time I hardly get a bite with meat, even after mixing the ingredients. This time I basically got all rice and a bite or two of the meat. Overall it's a delicious meal, but not so much when the main ingredient is scarce.

I have ordered from this location both in person and via DoorDash. Their quality is consistent regardless of how you order!
The food is always fresh, and the portions are the same each time. Everything tastes amazing and the prices are fair. This is the best location!

I have ordered this exact meal from this store five separate times now.
Twice it was delicious, but the other 3 times it was inedible, at least for me. The inconsistency of proper food prep/cooking is incredibly disappointing! My last order actually had corn throughout the meal which I did not order because I hate corn.
I won't be ordering from this restaurant again. Three times out of five the meat was dried out and hard, the beans were hard and the rice was hard. Why is there no oversight/quality control any more?
