Normally when we order from here it's great but this time it was awful, definitely the worst experience I've ever had with chipotle. The rice was not done and the steak was way over cooked.

The rice was not done, hard.
The fist & last time I'll ask for sour cream, that's what the majority of the bowl consisted of.
I have never had a bad experience with chipotle, I hope this was a one off.

The chip bag was at best 1/5 full. Usually it's a little less than half. It's not like the bags are prepacked and stuffed with air

Placed pick up order for a ten minute time frame and food wasn't ready until 5 minutes after time frame. I wasted half of my 30 minute lunch break waiting on my food (including drive time). On top of that my food was made wrong. Asked for no beans and got beans.

Great when ordering in person, but when door dashed they really skimped out on the queso and chicken.
