Took a chance again, let down again. This is from the store on Victoria, who are notoriously incompetent. Stale fries, small portions, small quantity of meat. If I could order from any other store in ventura I would, because the management in this store is lacking.

When I order a protein I like there to actually be meat present; both my burrito bowl, and the side of honey chicken that I ordered we're disgusting as the steak and chicken were literally nothing but gristle.

the burrito Burrito Bowl ordered with corn salsa had very, very, little corn salsa. and the Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa also had a pathetic amount of corn salsa. it measured out to be about about 2 table spoons worth. $3.00 for 2 table spoons of salsa is insulting.

Ordered a 25$ burrito that was smaller than a Taco Bell burrito. The Ventura chipotle is terrible.

Whoever made my salad loaded it to the brim!!! :> Every tasted so fresh especially the guac and the pastor!! I've never ordered from this store here but I've had a better experience this time than the app itself.
