I’ve been a Chipotle customer for years, but the inconsistency is getting ridiculous. I ordered a chicken bowl and received what looked like only three small pieces of chicken with the rest of the bowl filled almost entirely with rice.
If I’m paying full price for a chicken bowl, I expect a reasonable portion of chicken—not a bowl that’s mostly rice. It feels like ingredients are being rationed while prices continue to increase. Some locations serve generous portions, while others barely give you any protein at all.
Consistency is one of the most important parts of a restaurant experience, and Chipotle has seriously missed the mark on this order. Very disappointing, and not worth the money when you’re paying for ingredients you don’t actually receive.

This place is never consistent. Got guac and chips. The guac was everywhere in my bag and not even filled. The quality was awful too. Had a lot of brown spots. Poor job overall.

The burrito Burrito Bowl was about half the normal size as when I have it made in the restaurant and there wasn't nearly enough guacamole when you pay extra for something, you should get what you pay for. Apparently include utensils was just a suggestion because it's very easy to eat a bowl without a fork. It arrived cold even though the driver had to wait for it to be made.
