This place is never consistent. Got guac and chips. The guac was everywhere in my bag and not even filled. The quality was awful too. Had a lot of brown spots. Poor job overall.

The burrito Burrito Bowl was about half the normal size as when I have it made in the restaurant and there wasn't nearly enough guacamole when you pay extra for something, you should get what you pay for. Apparently include utensils was just a suggestion because it's very easy to eat a bowl without a fork. It arrived cold even though the driver had to wait for it to be made.

The Burrito Bowl was on its side in a bag with the bottom tearing open how it made it to me without the bottom completely tearing open is anyone's guess. Nothing was packed carefully. Even though the food was typical, poor packaging falls directly on the staffs lack of pride in their jobs and not caring. Thankfully, no tips are required nor expected to the staff.

received wrong order. correct on sticker but ingredients in Burrito Bowl was nearly completely incorrect. Chips & Queso Blanco tasted off. chips were good but very small quantity
