I ordered the chicken Salad entree tonight through the drive through, and unfortunately it was really disappointing. The guacamole I ordered was completely missing, and there were only a few pieces of lettuce in the entire bowl. Since this was supposed to be a salad bowl, I expected an actual lettuce base. Instead, it was basically just toppings and ingredients mixed together into a wet, sloppy mess.
I attached photo because the lack of lettuce was pretty obvious. For the price of Chipotle now, especially with an added charge for guacamole, I expect the order to at least be prepared correctly and include what I paid for. Very disappointing experience

I did get the burrito bowl with tortilla on the side but they were kind of selfish with the chicken. I think I got, no joke, maybe four big pieces and that was it so I wasn't very thrilled but it still tasted good. 🙂

I have no idea how this happened, but my chips are soaking wet on the inside of the bag, and my tacos are empty, barely holding like a few grains of rice

My bowl looked like it was made from across the room. I paid for extra meat and got less than a standard size portion.

food portion is always inconsistent, fresh tomato salsa is too spicy to eat and if I recall they were not suppose to be. orders always get mixed up or missing items
