Every time I order from this Chipotle either online or inside the food is awful and the portions are small. They literally charge you extra if you want certain products on there. The chicken should not be old and burnt and the steak was chewy and not swallowable. Just overall nasty and not fresh at all.

3 Burrito with only a few pieces of meat in each burrito, ALL rice (brown and white) was crunchy. The Kid's Build Your Own didn't come with chips when they were part of the meal, the Kid's Quesadilla didn't come with chips either. $60 later and regretting order from Chipotle

The steak for the Burrito Bowl I ordered was bland, I had to use my own spices from my pantry to jazz it up to actually taste like something. Thats a real let down for 16$. Not even using the Chips & Queso Blanco made it taste better because the queso qas bland too , I had to use Valentina to make that taste better. Im actually disappointed in the quality too, the steak was chewy. Ive never had a bad experience at Chipotle before today. Money wasted... atleast my kids liked their tacos

Kid's Quesadilla had no cheese inside... all melted outside of the edges & so crispy canbarely bit into. Normally my son loves these but hard to eat.
Taco was also cold & soggy because cold drinks were placed next to it in bag.

My wife ordered the Burrito Bowl which arrived but only half full. There's barely any rice or steak but plenty of cheese. When she went in person the other day she didn't have any issues with her order. They gave her a normal amount of rice and steak. Today we couldn't even tell the rice was in there.
