I ordered a burrito bowl and chips and guacamole dip. The chips were stale and un edible. When you pay six dollars for something and you hardly get any guacamole dip, which is good mind you but then the chips are stale. I feel like I got ripped off.

For some reason when I place an order in the afternoon/night my rice is always stale, the steak taste old and most of the time it's dry and they add more lettuce than rice. Wouldn't order from this chipotle again!

Burrito Bowl was perfect! tasty and had just what I wanted. the Chips & Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa was excellent, just wish there had been a few more chips!

I doordashed on a stop in Roanoke. Ordered a burrito bowl (chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, cheese) with side of chips. The bowl was 1/2 full and the rice was dried to crunchy. The chips were nicely flavored but stale. Disappointing.

WILDLY inconsistent on how much food you get. Probably had 6 pieces of chicken in this Burrito Bowl. Tasted fine.
