I ordered soft tacos, and the shells are hard and crusty. They put about 3 small pieces of chicken in each, barely any of the other ingredients. Disgusting.

This location needs to step up their game. I've given them about 5 second chances and every time I'm disappointed. Bowls are always about half full, meat is usually dry/over cooked and bland and the salsa ingredients are chopped way larger than they should be. I want to like you guys but you're making it hard.

My burrito bowl was mostly all rice, missing beans, 3 pieces of chicken. I've had more issues with th savage chipotle, than any other store.

I paid $15.55 for a Burrito that fits inside my hand, mind you I have small hands. Price is not worth it but it was still very tasty if you can get past the disappointment of the size

The customer service at the chipotle on Highway 13 in Savage is horrible! They never get the order right and the food is never great. When you pay for double meat which is almost $6 dollar and get no meat, that's ridiculous. When you order guacamole and it's brown every time, that's ridiculous. The worst part is their customer service has been this horrible since they first opened.
