The food arrived suspiciously light and upon opening it there was only lettuce on top of an ultra thin layer of rice and steak. There was literally 1 slice of the fajita veggie. Unacceptable and poor service. Management needs to monitor better.

Chipotle has gone down hill. It's been happening for a while now. I keep giving them a second chance but it's always something. Today our chips were stale and the queso was lumpy. Normally I'm
not that picky, but when you're paying $10 for a "large" chips and queso, make it worth it.
I got the kids "quesadilla" for my son and literally half of it...I'm not exaggerating, HALF of it was stuck to the foil they wrapped it up in. It had basically disintegrated, I'm guessing bc it was cooked on too high heat.
The pinto beans used to be so good! They were loose beans, now they're like refried beans - mushy.
I'm no Karen and I don't usually leave bad reviews, but seriously, bring back the old Chipotle!

I order from your store all of the time but I get my burrito tonight and it's like the size for a three year old. Never have I ever paid 13 bucks for such a tiny burrito . I think I will go back yo ordering from 365 burrito

Salad had about 3 pieces of soggy lettuce. I ordered chicken and they didn't give me any. The rest of the salad was bland and had no flavor.
