• 7/12/24Chips were stale per usual. The bowl had an ounce of rice, basically no rice. Would they have made it this way if it were an order in person?

• 7/9/22Burrito was not made to satisfaction, clumps of cheese and sour cream, and in other areas just rice or meat. Burrito bowl was only half full (very disappointing!) and had so much salsa on it I could only take one bite before I tossed it (and I love spicy, so it was way overkill on the salsa!!)

• 2/21/22when ordering chicken burrito bowls....chipolte should know that chicken is the topping. they should not have given a half cup chicken with zero contents of burrito bowls. common sense. if in doubt call customers. especially if seeing $32 order. chipolte rectified though and redelivery occurred so was straightened out.

• 12/21/22Ordered extra steak, paid the money for it, and only got a small amount. I've noticed a trend with this store that if you order online or via a third party app they will give you a small portion. This has happened to me multiple times now. Unfortunately you have to be there to watch them make it in front of you.

• 10/30/25Normally they're good but not this time. Ordered a chicken bowl with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, veggies, and extra beef barbacoa. No veggies, salsa, and most importantly the beef barbacoa I paid extra for! Also the portion was very light. I could see the bottom of the bowl without even touching the food.
