I get the Asada Torta with extra meat (so worth it), extra avocado & cheese- it's the cojita cheese that doesn't overpower the flavor of the meat. Fresh, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, mayo and pickled jalapeños bring it all together. Don't sleep on the juices!
