First and foremost, the food from Chipotle is terrific as usual. The guacamole is incredibly fresh and tasty though it's quite expensive for the amount of guac you get. The Burrito Bowl was on point too. The freshness of the ingredients is always appreciated. Now, the downside...this Chipotle, like so many other places delivering through Door Dash, has real problems with the details. I received no cutlery to eat with, no napkins, and some ingredients in my Burrito Bowl like the sour cream, were left off. In summary, the food is terrific but the service, well, not so much.

Their burrito meat is dry and doesn't taste as fresh as at ANY other Chipotle location. They load on the rice and beans and put way less quantity of meat as well. Have ordered at least 3 times from this location now and has been this way each time.

I can absolutely tell you I will never get food from the Clearwater store again. I was given old dried out chicken and steak , the portion size was half of what you usually get , and I ordered extra meat on both my orders . I probably got on combined both orders less meat than one usual order, I paid $49.00 for absolute garbage, I only get chipotle once and a while , but now never again. The only positive was my doordasher , he was nice and friendly .

I ordered three items. I did double chicken on one bowl, and it didn't have double chicken... the amount of chicken on all three items was the same. Plus, the flavor was bland. I have ordered from this location many times, and it's usually good. This time, I was disappointed.

Im very disappointed in Chipotle. There was barely anything on my tacos or my husband's. They were half empty. Half of it was just empty taco shell. That is not adequate exchange for what we pay for the food.
