My brown rice wasn't cooked it was literally crunchy and they probably gave me like a tablespoon worth of queso because i didn't even taste it. I've had the rice problem twice with this exact location now.

I get we ordered late but if you don't have the ingredients cancel the order. Hard rice, No lettuce, barely any chicken extra few hard pieces.

What a ripoff. I ordered a carnita bowl and guac and chips. The bowl had about 5 little sliver of carnitas. The quac and chips gave me 15 chips. I counted. Not even a quarter of a bag.
The portions are WAY smaller than Chipo typically puts in their items. Disappointing

I was wondering where the other half of this burrito is. I didn't know they made them the size of credit cards now. Brown rice was also way under cooked and crunchy.

The rice was really undercooked and they barely put avocado for that expensive upcharge
