I ordered the burrito bowl with white rice, the rice is plain with no cilantro and is hard and chunky and the bowl was missing half the ingredients like the corn salsa and the green salsa making the bowl dry and inedible. An up charge for a few pieces of steak that's mainly muscle and fat is ridiculous.

The protein portions wer terrible, I payed for extra meat and got less than expected. I heard that this was something that was going on in Chipotle but I didn't know it was that bad. Most of the dish was mostly lettuce, and for a meal that didn't include a drink? Do better.

I originally ordered a steak Quesadilla; they were out. Dasher texted changed to chicken. Quesadilla had very little dry chicken, fajita veggies were missing and beans were flavorless. $45 wasted.

The Whole30® Salad Bowl barely have any lettuce in them as mine came with 4 small s chopped pieces of lettuce. And don't ask for additional items within your Burrito because they will forget them 9/10 times, like my Queso that costs too much for it not to be in there.
