My chips were VERY STALE and I couldnt eat them. My burrito bowl was so small. Barely any rice or beans. This is the 2nd time I've been disappointed by chipotle.

This review is specifically for the location that closes at 3:30/4 pm: the Burrito Burrito Bowl that I ordered was around half of a typical portion and the Salad was missing nearly all of the dressing. I'm not sure if it's just the location (close to the waterfront) that messes up because I've ordered before in the evening (from a different location), and the order arrived as if I went to the store and picked out the ingredients myself. Chips & Guacamole were as expected.

In my burrito bowl I felt like there was very little sour cream and quest along with hot sauce. It was very dry.

my burrito was literally smaller than my hand and falling apart as I held it,whoever made this needs to be a janitor not a food maker

I think they forgot this was a salad. needs a lot more lettuce.
