the sour cream was too tart and overly sour, probably not fresh...The Tortilla on the Side got hard within two minutes of eating. it ruined the whole meal. i assume many of the ingredients weren't fresh. I'll stick with Qdoba, and Dos Toros which offer wayy more toppings and freshly made!

Our orders were missing ingredients and laughably incorrect. The burrito was about the size of a baseball with the hint of lettuce. The burrito bowl had maybe 5 pieces of meet (not an exaggeration) and the salad had zero lettuce and looked like sour cream soup. I’ve never been as this disappointed in a meal in my life and I’ve had some questionable meals.

Portion size of the Burrito Bowl was extremely small. Mostly sour cream. Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco , chips were very stale and tasted notably old. Sad cause I don't usally write reviews this was just particularly disappointing

White rice was crunchy. Pinto beans were more like refried beans. Pure mush. Very little pork (carnitas). Guacamole had a strange, curdled like texture. Very disappointing. Whomever made the food today was way off their game. Tossed. Won't be ordering again. It's better to buy in person so you can see the food and decide in the moment if you still want to buy.
