The Quesadilla meat was to over cooked so it was just nasty and the bowl barely had any meat and rice and the chicken was burned

Unfortunately having fairly regular issues with this particular chipotle store. Items are often poor quality or just completely missing when picking up or getting delivery. This last time the brown rice was essentially uncooked, it was hard and crunchy. The taco shells were soggy and falling apart and handled poorly. This is only a comment on this particular location, not chipotle as a whole.

They forgot the corn salsa which is the best part. Made the veggie tacos bland. Almost no veggies in them, either. What did I even pay for?

My bowl had hardly any chicken, probably like 8 pieces. It was smothered with guacamole and sour cream (wayyy too much) and I asked for the corn salsa and it had maybe a tablespoon worth of it. worst bowl I've ever had from there and I usually love them. definitely won't order from Chipotle again through the app, only in person so I can make sure it's made correctly. also, food was cold when I got it and I wasn't but 5 minutes down the road from the restaurant.

ordered a burrito bowl with extra meats the cost before delivery and service fee was $23 and the portion was pitiful! they couldn't even put more rice,lettuce or beans to act as a filler. complete dissatisfactory!
