I haven't been to Churches in a while. The chicken didn't have much of a taste, the biscuits were dry. I don't remember them being that dry. I also ordered a large okra and it was a lot smaller then I remember, I hate to see what a regular size of okra looks. I'll probably not go again.

Idk how they've always gotten that light, crispy, flaky, not greasy crust
But it's even crazy flakier and crispier on the tenders. I can copy cat all the other chicken places at home successfully. Never in my many years have I figured out how they get that flaky crust and it stays crispy even after refrigeration.
Ty churches. Was my dads favorite, too, please keep it old school always

Very disappointing The chicken strips were spicy didn't ask for spicy at all the chicken was overcooked the corn oh my God don't let me start on the corn there was no butter whatsoever no salt and I swear if this is what this place is you'll need to take Texas off of your menu because we Texas do not appreciate your bland chicken your nasty Mac and cheese and the chicken strips were hard almost broke my husband's tooth. And in the chicken itself it's so small the thighs were small the legs were damn near broken in half. The only thing I can even say that was good was the mashed potatoes cause it still taste like every mashed potatoes from every church is that I've ever eaten so that's the only thing that was good I'll in your lemonade oh it sucked that stuff no sugar no taste. So I don't know what that was. I can't even believe I doordash this that's like 70 bucks wasted very wasted very disappointed like I said take Texas out of this church's chicken sign because there's no way we Texas are gonna allow you to ruin our name with yall's bad chicken up here in Colorado .

Wanted a good southern meal. The chicken wasn't bad. Some of the worst biscuits I've had. And the corn wasn't good. Not terrible. Would not recommend McDonald's biscuits are better so are any other biscuits

I ordered 6 fried wings from Church’s Chicken and was extremely disappointed. They were completely soaked in oil. Not just a little greasy, but literally swimming in it. The entire package was dripping, and the grease even leaked onto my floor. They were so oily that I could barely eat them, and I ended up throwing most of it away.
I’ve been using DoorDash for years and have placed hundreds of orders, and I’ve never left a review before. But this experience was so bad that I felt I had to. These were the worst chicken wings I’ve ever had.
