The sandwich was cold. There was so much Mayo it was dripping off of my sandwich, it ruined it. I had a total of 7 soggy, greasy fries. Apple pies were basically FROZEN.

Both of the orders arrived cold and there was way more breading than chicken. The okra was stale, dry, and overcooked. The mashed potatoes arrived in a drinking cup. I ordered 2 sauces and neither arrived. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

$8.09 for the SMALLEST piece of Smokehouse Chicken I've ever seen. Very disappointed that they would serve this without atleast offering another piece of chicken to make up for the size of it

Food is always hot. Chicken is juicy and flavorful. The side dishes never disappoint and the very few times they didn't have the side I asked for, they were generous with the replacement.

peach perfect lemonade tasted fresh squeezed, chicken hot and fresh, okra not soggy, and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.
