Staff is always so kind, the Bomb.com was delicious but our custom roll with just chai frosting and pie filling as a topping was our favorite so far! Don't even get me started on the hot chocolate, I have no idea how they get it so thick/creamy but it's insane. Excited to order again soon :)

I love the cinnamon rolls here but the cookie dough Cookie Dough Sandwich was incredibly disappointing you only get half a cookie (not as shown) and the cookie dough is just a glob melting out. Definitely will skip this next time and stick with cinnamon rolls the smores roll is by far my favorite!

We both got a Custom Cinnamon Roll snd by the time it came the topping was soaked in and there was not nearly enough the roll was dry halfway through. I paid over a buck for pie crust topping and it tasted like nothing. Too bad because this place could have been a contender.

Oh my. I've been wanting to order for a while and am regretting not ordering sooner! I got one of the specials, the Very Berry roll and created one of my own: Banana Cream & peanut butter cups and they are delicious! The cookie dough cookie was good, but not the star of the show!

I had high hopes for Cinnaholic, but my experience was disappointing. The rolls arrived messy and unappealing in the box, which made the presentation underwhelming. To make matters worse, I received an end piece that had no cinnamon flavor, which is the whole point of a cinnamon roll! For $4 a roll, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth the price.
