The country fried steak is 1: named incorrectly, 2: dry, stringy, flavorless, and very tough. It is so dry and tough that I could not finish even half of it. I believe you're supposed to tenderize and then season the steak before you fry it. I wouldn't blink if someone told me this came out of your walk in an hour ago. Good cake.

The salmon had no garlic butter on it whatsoever and the mashed potatoes had no flavor. Very disappointing for the price.

caramel pecan butter cake---yummy My tri tip dinner is my favorite. Ordered for about the 10th time. That says it all.
