• 6/9/26I ordered an Banana Split , it came almost completely melted and no NO banana! Paid $19 for 3 small scoops with a small drizzle of chocolate fudge. Absolutely rip off!

• 7/8/26Some added mix-ins seemed to be missing and despite the item saying the ice cream would be packaged separately from the waffle it was not. Almost fully melted ice cream on delivery
