Ordered two banana splits there was two whole strawberries that were frozen solid on each one both strawberries were as large as walnuts. They should've at least been cut in half through the banana wasn't split. The bananas were left whole in circumference but cut in half lengthwise ..

I ordered two different sizes and ended up receiving two of the same size. one was the biggest and the other was like a medium and they are both the same even though one should be bigger

Wrong size. $20 for a smaller size than ordered is messed up. I will try Baskin Robbins next.

The Cake Batter Gotta Have it was made in a Love it container and then put inside the Gotta Have it Container. So we paid for one and got another. Frustrated that they tried to hide it by having a smaller container within the larger container that was purchased.
