• 10/19/25This location is consistently bad. They don't mix in the ingredients, even when you're ordering in person and watching them make the creations. Tonight's DD order was especially bad though. We ordered three Love It sizes and one Like It. Two of the Love It sizes were made as Like Its. There was sticky sauce, ice cream and chocolate on the outside of all the cups as well as the three spoons they included. This place is a mess, the owner should consider cleaning house and hiring people who actually want to do a proper job. This location gives Cold Stone a bad name, we won't be going here or ordering from them again.

• 12/3/24Ordered via DoorDash a Cinna Roll Bliss with added pecans and a chocolate waffle bowl. Paid extra for those items and neither were included. My boyfriend ordered a MochaCookie in a waffle bowl. Also did not come with a waffle bowl. Very poor attention to detail.
