• 7/11/26I just don't know why this keeps happening at this store I order Banana Caramel Crunch® - Freezer and it had two banana pieces in a whole contianer of nuts no extra caramel sauce that I paid for plus the other order was an Oero cookie and extra fudge non of it came in the other

• 8/8/26For 4 added toppings and $20 total for a cup of ice cream i am MAJORLY disappointed with what i received. Strawberry chunks were way too large that once they were refrozen (which has to be done because the doordash bag for cold stone is regular paper bag and they arrive melted), there were basically huge chunks of rocks to dig through. The amount of toppings in general was a HUGE disappointment. If I am going to pay for like $2 for EACH type of topping then I expect a LOADED ice cream and this was extremely far from it. Not an issue I had when I was getting mainly nut toppings. Serve the customers what they paid for and actually do the "cold stone" thing so that there are no giant, unbalanced whole ass strawberries just making it harder to eat. My toppings were: pie crust, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries. Found like 2 blueberries and I'm halfway through the cup. Ridiculous.

• 7/5/24I think their best flavor is oreo cream ice cream with oreos and brownies. I ordered 2 quarts of that this time. They didn't pack them totally to the top like usual. Didn't have nearly as much mix ins as the last time I ordered. I also ordered Peanut Butter Cup Perfection® . However, whoever made this didn't read the order, and they sent what tastes like a quart of plain peanut butter ice cream with no mix ins. I really wanted chocolate ice cream and I am highly disappointed. Next time, I will just go in person to make sure I get what I ordered. Has to be cheaper than $18+ a quart

• 3/15/26This time the portion of the Oreos was great but I still don't think I should pay that much for more I paid 3 times extra when I should be getting this much extra but only paying once maybe twice but not three times
