• 6/11/25ice cream was so small for the money you pay. 3 bites in a bowl for over 11.00 that's wat to expensive. wish they would have shown that before I ordered

• 6/25/25very very very good BUT biggest let down and why marble slab wins is bc marbel slab does cool whip and mallo sauce so it is much creamery but if cold stone creamery added those 3 things it would be a tie!

• 6/14/25I received 2 calls from the dasher on this order, which was supposed to be banana pudding Ice cream with bananas and graham cracker crust. First call I was advised they don't have my ice cream choice so I requested French Vanilla. A second call from the dasher again saying they don't have my ice cream choice. Again I requested French vanilla. She then asked if I wanted the graham cracker crust, and I advised "yes AND bananas." I was sadly disappointed to receive French vanilla ice cream with graham cracker crust and NO bananas. Where is the disconnect??? I won't waste my money here again.
